Where can I get BOOSTOR wheels?

How do I know if BOOSTOR wheels are compatible with my bike?

All BOOSTOR Roadwheels, both MP and MC, have a 12x100mm thru axle on the front wheel and a 12x140mm thru axle on the rear wheel, i.e. they are Boost and mount disc brakes. The road wheels, both RP and RC, have a 12x100mm thru axle in the front wheel and a 12x142mm thru axle in the rear wheel, and mount disc brakes.

How much do BOOSTOR wheels weigh?

The weights of BOOSTOR wheels are detailed on each of the product pages. To see the weight, just select the model and the technical specifications where, among other data, you will find the weight of the wheelset.

What happens if something breaks on my BOOSTOR wheel?
In case you have any problem with your BOOSTOR wheels, we recommend that you go to your trusted dealer or contact support@boostorcycling.com. In case it is a manufacturing defect and the wheel is within the warranty period, we will replace your wheel free of charge. Our accident replacement program covers damage from jumps or even if you drive over it. We provide a free replacement tire with a rebuild program to get you rolling again. Why should I register my wheels and how can I do it?
You will be able to register your wheels in your user account. Registration on our website offers you the following benefits: It allows you to store your personal data, shipping and billing addresses, so you will no longer have to enter this information when you place an order or want to register more wheels in your user account. When you register the unique serial number of your wheels, they are associated to your user account and in this way you will be able to benefit from the Keep on Rolling program.
What are the benefits of the Keep on Rolling program?
In order to enjoy the benefits of the Keep on Rolling program, it is important that your wheels are registered. We invite you to discover the benefits of the Keep on Rolling program by clicking on the following link. Our maintenance program offers total peace of mind. Our service center will inspect your wheels, repair hubs, replace worn spokes and nipples, and change the rim tape. We will completely re-tension and true the wheel before returning it to you as good as new.
What does it mean to make a warranty claim?
We use the best materials and testing procedures in the industry, but what if something breaks? Don't worry, our warranty covers manufacturing defects during the legal warranty period. In the unlikely event that your wheel suffers a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. All you have to do is go to your dealer and ask them to open a claim with BOOSTOR. The wheel will be evaluated by our technicians and if necessary we will replace or repair the wheel.
What happens if my bike is stolen and it has BOOSTOR wheels on it?
In case of theft of your bike and/or your wheels, send us an email to support@boostorcycling.com and indicate the serial number. We will mark the bike and/or wheels as stolen in our system, so that if an unknown person takes them to a dealer to claim the warranty, we will be able to notify the dealer and assist in their recovery.
Where can I get a spare part for my wheel?
In order to purchase a spare part for BOOSTOR wheels, you can go to your official distributor, who will be the one to order the spare parts you need.
